Offering 200, 300 and 500h Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training in Kundalini Tantra Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Multistyle. We invite you to experience the Gurukul life, that is, to live, practice and learn in an authentic Ashram in the Guru Shishya (Spiritual teacher – Student) tradition. Our courses cover the journey from basic Asanas to Moksha (Enlightenment).

Accommodation Samarpan School of Yoga

Samarpan School of Yoga situated within the camps of Swami Samarpan Ashram. If you would like to visit Samarpan School of Yoga for study  or to experience the yogic lifestyle, please inform at least  two month before your visit. Availability of accommodation is very limited and all shared bath showers and toilets. Personal introduction is preferred when processing applications.

All guests are expected to abide by the rules of the  Swami Samarpan Ashram, maintain the discipline and also participate in the daily activities and Karma Yoga as a Seva, which is mandatory and it is foundation of yogic life style. Please bear in mind the accommodation is moderate, designed to meet the basic requirements of a spiritual seekers. The residential rooms are with lights, fans and windows. The rooms are clean, airy and simple or  double occupancy, with shared bath and toilet facilities. Private toilet and bath are very limited. All guests should use water limited.

Be sure all electrical switches and water tap are turned off after use.

 

General Information for student and guest:

Weather

November to February temperatures of 8-15°C.
March
to June is the summer season with temperatures of 32-45°C.
June to August is the monsoon season temperatures of 30-40°C.
September to November is the autumn season mild temperatures of 20-30°C.

You must be clear due to  Himalayas  the weather conditions are changing frequently and it can be very cold. You must be ready to accommodate and adjust to the different conditions without complaints in our  Swami Samarpan Ashram and Samarpan school Yoga  and Tantra.

 


What to bring:

Visitors are advised to bring loose, light clothing for summer and warm clothing for winter, sleeping bag in winter.

 

Meals:

The diet is simple Indian style vegetarian food. Please do not expect food like in a five star Hotel. Private and personal cooking are strictly not permitted in  the Ashram.

What we provide

  • Basic accommodation, which is all Non Air Condition and common bath and toilets
  • Sheets, pillow and a blanket (only used in the bed)
  • Yoga mats, meditation pillows

 

What  we do not provide :

  • We do not provide toilet and tissue papers.
  • We do not  provide Air Condition Rooms or private bath and toilets
  • We do not provide towels, soap or shampoo
